The coronavirus outbreak impacts us all. Our main priority is to protect the health and wellbeing of everyone. Therefore we are going to have to change the way we work for a while. Government advice is changing frequently and we wanted to let you know what we are doing to support our customers whilst following government guidelines.

We are defined as key workers whose efforts are an essential service. We will continue to provide a service for existing customers who are without heat and hot water and landlords annual gas safety checks. To minimise non-essential contact we will not be making appointments to carry out routine work including annual servicing of your gas appliances. Do not worry if you have to have your central heating boiler serviced to validate the warranty. Manufactures have made assurances that any warranties will not be affected by delays. You will be contacted to make an appointment when situations change.


Customers over 70 years old or if you or anyone in your home has been diagnosed with Covid 19 or could be at risk or have been advised to self-isolate must inform us before making an appointment so we can take proper safety precautions to protect both you and our engineers. You will be asked these questions when contacting us. Our engineers will also call you on the day of the appointment and ask the same questions in case anything has changed since you booked.


When an engineer does visit a customers home they will take additional precautions-including hand washing-before during and after the appointment. They will protect you and your family members by keeping a safe distance at all times and we insist you do the same. Please avoid any unnecessary interaction by writing down the description of any faults, error codes or lighting sequences etc. Locate to a different room if possible. You will not be asked to sign paperwork/tablets on completion.

We are following official health advice and working with industry bodies to look after all our customers during this difficult time. If we all act responsibly, adhere to government advise and look out for each other we will get through this together.
